Harris, Casey, Jane all shine in big Wings victory
The Carleton Tavern Wings got back in the win column last night after a big 5-0 victory over the Ottawa Yetis in front of a packed house at Carleton last night.
The Wings played a solid 60 minute game, limiting the Yetis to 22 shots, all of which were turned away by Casey.
“It’s always nice to get a shutout, but I care more about the 2 points. We needed that win,” said Casey. “The team played great in front of me and I was seeing every shot.”
Offensively, the night belonged to CAHL leading scorer Dustin Harris who continued his torrid pace to start the season with another 3 goals.
However, the night really belonged to the artist only known as “Jane”. A mysterious figure who randomly comes to games at the Ice House, Jane was putting her cinematography skills to good use last night and captured some riveting moments from the game:
