CAHL resumes this week; Wings take on the Reapers
The CAHL is resuming play after the Ontario gubmint took away players freedums for the last month. Games will be resuming, however no fans will be in attendance.
The Carleton Tavern Wings will be taking on the third place Reapers and hope to keep the undefeated season alive. The Wings will be shorthanded for this one as top winger Mark Molnar is dealing with personal issues and fourth liners Mitch Ethier and Ross Machon are unavailable due to minor dad injuries.
“Replacing Molnar is never easy, unlike Machon,” said GM Godbout. “We are also still waiting on the status of few more players.”
Godbout would not give out anymore information at the time, keeping his cards close to his chest.
Star winger Matt Yasharron is back in the lineup and will look to boost the offence.
The starting goaltender will be named closer to game time.
